Placing Membership at Cross Road

Each person wishing to place membership at Cross Road must meet the following requirements:

• Have made a public profession of faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
• Have been baptized by immersion expressing faith in Christ.
• Agree with Cross Road’s Statement of Faith and recognize the leadership of the Church Elders.

After attending several Church services, families or individuals wishing to place membership should meet with one of our elders and provide a completed copy of one of the short informational forms below:
